Obituary for Linda Ann Wunrow

Linda Ann Wunrow, 66, of Marshfield gained her angel wings on October 20, 2019 at 12:58am when she joined her true love DuWayne in heaven.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 25th at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 210167 State Highway 13 in Spencer. Visitation will begin at 9am with a memorial service at 11am followed by lunch. Burial will be at a later date.

Linda was born December 22, 1952 in LaCrosse to Howard and Isabel (Pankratz) Kohl. She attended Marshfield Public Schools and graduated in 1971.

She was employed at Marshfield Living Center and Automated Products until she retired in 1993.

She married DuWayne Leo Wunrow on August 25, 1972 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Bakerville. He gained his angel wings on August 23, 1995.

Linda enjoyed visiting with her children and grandchildren, flower gardening, knitting, sewing and spending the day relaxing watching TV with her collie Missy. In her younger years, Linda was a member of the Hewitt VFW Auxiliary.

She will be greatly missed by her children, Pamela (Travis) Hardrath, Spencer; Jeffery (Jean) Wunrow, Marshfield; Lisa (Allen) Ertl, Auburndale; Beth (Trevor) Erickson, Rice Lake. Grandchildren: Corey (Candyce) Ertl, Jordan Bonnar, Robert Scott, Grace Wunrow, Logan Loveland, Chase Wunrow, Kyler and Ryan Hardrath. Great grandchildren Bailey Chamberlain, Aurora Gerber, Conlan, Cash and one on the way Ertl, and Jake (JJ) Phillis Jr. She is further survived by her brother Steve (Debra) Kohl, sister in laws Karleen (James) Masephol, Mary (Arlen) Scheunemann, Donna (Jay) Stuggen, brother in laws Kenneth (Caroline) Wunrow, James (Kim) Wunrow, John (Shelly) Wunrow, numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, grandparents Walter and Zoa (Cournoyer) Kohl, John and Anna (Hable) Pankratz, and her father and mother in law Lester and Irene (Hartl) Wunrow.
