Charles L. “Chuck” Kleine, age 62, of Marshfield passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the Marshfield Medical Center surrounded by his family. His memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E. Veterans Parkway) in Marshfield. Pastor Faith Bosmans will officiate. Private burial will take place at a later date. A time of visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home in Marshfield.
Chuck was born on January 1, 1958, the son of Robert and Lois (Weseman) Kleine in Sherburn, Minnesota. He graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in South Dakota in 1976. Chuck worked for Mohr’s fencing company in Aberdeen until he moved to Marshfield, WI in 1982 to manage Taco John’s in Marshfield, which he was still managing today. He enjoyed bowling and socializing at Rose Bowl Lanes in Marshfield, bird hunting, fishing, car races and loved spending time with and spoiling his grandchildren.
Chuck is survived by his children: Joe (Jennifer) Kleine and Derek Kleine; siblings: Doug Kleine of Aberdeen, SD, Valarie Kilian of Aberdeen, SD, Vickie (Lee) Albrecht of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Lori Kleine of Aberdeen, SD, Daryl (Kelly) Kleine of Marathon City, WI and Paul Kleine of Aberdeen, SD and grandchildren: Landon and Kennedy Kleine.
He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
