Anthony (Tony) Robert Bohman, 68, died unexpectedly of a sudden heart attack at his home in Stratford, WI on Friday, January 1, 2021.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Stratford, with Rev. Sengole Vethanayagam officiating. Burial will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Town of Eau Pleine. The visitation will be held at 9:30 AM until the start of Mass, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, with a Rosary recited at 9:30 AM. The Funeral Mass will be streamed online starting at 11 AM and can be viewed at www.facebook.com/rembsfuneralhomes.

Tony was born on September 30, 1952, in Marshfield to Robert and Marie (Diers) Bohman. He graduated from Stratford High School. He was united in marriage to Mary Lloyd in 1973 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Stratford and later divorced. They had two children, Amanda Marie Bohman and Benjamin Robert Bohman.

Tony worked for Mullins and Edelweiss Cheese companies for 50 years, hauling milk for over 45 of those years and working in shipping and receiving for another 5 years before retiring in 2017. He was a hard worker and dedicated employee.

Tony was a life-time parishioner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. He was a loving and proud father and grandfather and did his best to attend every special event and activity. He was a loyal and generous friend and always ready to help others in need. He was a thoughtful gift-giver and always gave the best gifts on Christmas and birthdays. Tony loved nature and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a master gardener and could can just about anything. He was always up for a game of cribbage or chess and threw a mean round of darts. He shared many happy moments with his dear friend Mary Jackson and her grandchildren. Tony will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Tony is survived by his two children Mandy (Dave) Alcott and Ben (Heather) Bohman and 9 grandchildren Emma, Elliott, Norah, Felicity, Daphne, and Violet Alcott, and Matthew, Evan, and Jacob Bohman. He is further survived by his siblings Diane (Dave) Andraska, Karen (Randy) Delis, Mike (Debbie) Bohman, Arnie (Ruth) Bohman, and Gary (Kari) Bohman. He was predeceased by his parents Bob and Marie Bohman.
