Marshfield’s newest hotel will feature flooring completed by R&R Flooring and Furniture in Spencer, WI.
“We are installing all the flooring throughout the facility,” said Kip Lang, VP/Project Manager. “This includes tile bathrooms, a tile lobby and seating area, tile pool area, and carpet in the guest rooms and corridors.”
Lang said there are several steps involved in the process, from sourcing the material to working with a designer on layouts and seaming diagrams, to coordinating installation schedules with the installers and general contractor.
“This project is unique in that we actually start installing flooring on the 4th floor and will finish in the lobby and pool area,” he said. “It’s fun to be a part of large local project that will be part of the community for decades to come.”
