Mosinee Wins 5th Straight Regional Title

Mosinee (OnFocus) – Mosinee won its 5th straight regional title, defeating Waupaca in 5 sets, 25-20, 25-27, 23-25, 25-18, 17-15.

With Waupaca on the verge of knocking off the #1 seed, leading 14-11 in Set #5, Mosinee fought back to earn the win.

Mosinee wins 5th consecutive regional title (all vs different opponents: Black River Falls (17), Merrill (18), Antigo (19), Stratford (20), Waupaca (21))

Mosinee advances to Thursday’s sectional semifinal, a match they will host against #2 seed Winneconne.
