Mosinee Edges Medford

Mosinee picks up huge shutout win over Medford, 2-0. Keagan Jirschele gets the win tossing 6-1/3 innings striking out 7, walking 5, and allowing just 2 hits. Trevor Garski came in and recorded the final two outs to get the save. The game was tied going into the top of the 6th when the Indians stacked 3 hits in the frame.  Garski would get the RBI single. They would add an insurance run in the top of the 7th as Drake Grod hit a sac fly to score Garrett Shupe.

Mosinee was led at the plate by Gavin Obremski and Davin Stoffel who had 2 hits apiece and Eli Miland would add a double. The Indians improved to 8-1 overall and 4-0 in conference. Mosinee will host Medford on Friday for Youth night. First pitch is at 5:00 so come out and watch another great baseball game!
