Marshfield | Overnight snow storm brings 3″ of wet heavy snow to much of Central Wisconsin. The overnight temperatures are slowing rising with morning highs in the mid to upper 30s. The rain and snow mixture this morning will turn into rain in the afternoon. Winds are expected to be 15 to 25 mph out of the SE.
Temperatures today are expected to be the highest in the 7-day outlook as lows are expected to be -8 on New Year’s Day.
Snowplow crews have been busy through the storm clearing roadways and parking lots before the expected rain showers.
It is advised that you use caution when traveling this morning as the roadways may be snow covered and slippery.
