Dealership Looks to Build New Store

Medford, WI (OnFocus) A little over a year has passed since the door opened for the first time at Medford Chrysler Center, the former Mertens Chrysler. With a new team in place, owner Shannon Grewe has established a growing business.

“It’s all in the teamwork,” said Grewe. “With a great team, we can accomplish great things.”

Grewe was more than happy to open the business to offer the dealership’s services to Medford and the surrounding communities. Over the past year, inventory has increased and additional associates have been brought on to provide quick service.

Today, the Medford Chrysler team includes 11 people — a general manager, two salespeople, five auto technicians, two service and parts associates, and an accountant.

“We all take pride in what we do to deliver a personal experience to everyone that we do business with,” said Grewe.

He’s proud of the values that small towns like Medford holds and enjoys being part of a close-knit community which supports each other.

“Every day we are given the opportunity to meet kind, new faces,” he said. “The people of Medford have welcomed us, and we are very appreciative of that.”

Many improvements have been made so far, but the next big goal will be to build a new store in 5-7 years.
