Marshfield Tigers Fell To D.C. Everest In a Battle for First Place

The Evergreens claim first place for themselves after knocking down the Tigers 74-50.

Bryan Halambeck led the Evergreens with 23 points. Alec Sturdemorn followed with 20. Colton Hall added 14.

For the Tigers out of five scorers, Anthony Posteluk came out with 15. Joey Goettle came out with 12. Kyle Tremelling added 8.

D.C. Everest now has a conference standing in 1st with 7-2 and a seasonal record of 12-3.

Marshfield fell to 3rd in the conference with 6-3 and 10-7 in the season.

The Evergreens will be traveling to Chippewa Falls to take on the Cardinals on Tuesday, Feb. 11th.

The Tigers will be playing at Wausau East on Thursday, Feb. 13th.
