City of Marshfield Cancels and Suspends Activities

Marshfield (OnFocus) City of Marshfield take action on the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. The city of Marshfield issued an official statement on Friday on their plans to cancel or suspend activities in the community.

In response to this evolving situation, the City of Marshfield is taking the following steps by working closely with each City Department Head. The City supports the health, safety and wellness of our community, residents and guests so with careful consideration the activities listed below are going to be canceled or suspended until further notice effective Monday, March 16, 2020, which includes the following:

• Wildwood Zoo
• Wildwood Station
• The Oak Avenue and Second Street Community Center
• Senior Center activities and events.
• ADRC meal site at the Community Center

At the time of the release a solution to provide meals that are served at the Community Center had not been found.

Not changes have been posted to the planned elections on April 7th.
