When purchasing a home, it is in the buyer’s best interest to have their own real estate agent –known as a “buyer’s agent.” A buyer’s agent serves as an advisor and advocate for the homebuyer during the entire home-buying process.

Lastly, the buyer’s agent will be present at the closing to make sure all of the buyer’s interests are protected.
