A man found deceased at a Necedah residence has been identified as Jason Dailey, 26. An autopsy determined that Dailey died of blunt force trauma, according to a Juneau County Sheriff’s Office press release.

The Juneau County Dispatch Center received a call for a welfare check at 10:33 a.m. on Tuesday to check on Dailey. Police determined there was no danger to the public regarding the incident.

The man’s girlfriend, Crystal Pharis, 27, is currently in custody at Juneau County Jail on a probation hold. The release did not name her as a suspect, but additional charges are anticipated against Pharis in the near future.

The Juneau County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Necedah Police Department, Juneau County Medical Examiner’s Office, State Crime Lab, and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
