Luka Garza of the University of Iowa has been announced as the Men’s College Basketball Top Center, named after Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Jabbar, who starred at UCLA, is considered by most as not only college basketball’s best center ever, but also the most dominant college basketball player of all time.
