OnFocus – HWY 13 south of Spencer is closed between Spencer and County Highway F, due to an accident near Hansen Road. Both north and southbound lanes are shut down and being detoured. Please avoid the area. Spencer Police Department is on scene. Spencer Fire Department is also on scene. Three vehicles are involved in the incident.
