Historic Military Vehicle Convoy to Head Through Spencer, Marshfield

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – A military vehicle convoy will be making its way along the historic Yellowstone Trail Highway on Sunday, August 1.

The convoy is sponsored by the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) and will host 90 MVPA members driving 40 or more historic trucks.

The convoy is made up of privately-owned military vehicles from WWII to the Iraq war.

The convoy will begin in Abbotsford at 6:45am and will travel down HWY 13 through Colby, Unity, Spencer and Marshfield before it heads towards Auburndale. It will then make its way to Junction City and Stevens Point.

Full Route:
The route of the convoy through Central Wisconsin begins at Abbotsford, following the Yellowstone Highway southward to Marshfield and then east to Auburndale. It then proceeds through Junction City before entering Clark Street from County C and crossing the river into Stevens Point.The convoy will stay on the Yellowstone Highway through Stevens Point by turning south on Division Street to Church Street, stopping at the Dollar General parking Lot for its second morning break by 9:30. It will continue south on Post Road to Plover Road and continue east on County B to US 10 at Amherst.
