(OnFocus) A one-vehicle crash occurred on HWY 97 after a chunk of ice flew off another vehicle and struck through the driver’s windshield.
McMillan Fire Department and Marshfield Ambulance were paged to the accident shortly before 1:45 p.m. on Monday. The pickup truck was reported on its side in the ditch by W. County Highway C in Marathon County, according to scanner reports. The driver was conscious and alert, but had facial injuries.
