Kid-Friendly Breakfast Recipe Perfect for Back-to-School

Ready in a matter of minutes, this ice cream sundae turned wholesome parfait is a great way to start the day! Skip the granola and use crispy, crunchy Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    • 1 large banana, sliced
    • 1 cup sliced strawberries
    • 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal
      Mini chocolate chips, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ¼ cup of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of two mason jars or bowls. Layer with ¼ of the banana slices, ¼ cup sliced strawberries and ¼ cup of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal. Repeat with remaining Greek yogurt, banana, strawberries and Honey Bunches of Oats cereal.
  2. Top each parfait with mini chocolate chips. Serve immediately.

VARIATIONS

Use vanilla Greek yogurt in place of plain.
