Festival Foods locations to host statewide Hire Fest September 13-14

Grocer invests over 8 hours per associate in training annually 

GREEN BAY, WI (OnFocus) – Festival Foods, a Wisconsin grocer that has fueled a culture of excellence for more than 75 years, will host Hire Fest at all locations September 13-14. The event – to be held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, and from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, September 14 – will showcase open interviews for hourly, seasonal and leadership opportunities for part-time and full-time associates. 

Joining the Festival Foods team, which recently expanded to 40 locations throughout the state, offers applicants a starting point to a rewarding career, noted Victoria Ertl, Festival Foods recruiter.

One of the ways the retailer gives back to its associates is by investing in their learning. Last year, Festival Foods associates completed more than 68,000 hours of training – or 8½ hours per associate – via the company’s online learning platform, The Hub.
