Makenna Guden of Edgar, Bella Opelt of Neillsville, and Brooke Wideman of Amherst have been named semifinalists for WSN’s Senior Girls Basketball Defense Award
The award is one of five awarded to the state’s best senior point guard, wing, post, defense and shooter.
The list will be narrowed down to five finalists at the beginning of the playoffs, and then the winner named the week of the state basketball finals.
