Edgar’s Guden, Mosinee’s Kowalski, Marshfield’s LeMoine, Rapids’ Lisitza, Auburndale’s Wright Named to Preseason Senior Receiver/Tight End Watch List

Mosinee (OnFocus) – WSN has announced its preseason watch list for the Al Toon Award, presented annually to the state’s top senior wide receiver or tight end. The award is named after former University of Wisconsin athlete Al Toon, who went on to play in the NFL for several very successful seasons before multiple concussions ended his career early.

Area wide receivers and tight ends named to the list:

  • Drew Guden, Edgar
  • Cyle Kowalski, Mosinee
  • Wyatt LeMoine, Marshfield
  • Dylan Lisitza, Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln
  • Hunter Wright, Auburndale

The pre-season list will be trimmed down to about 25 semi-finalists halfway through the year, with five finalists chosen at the start of the playoffs. Winners are announced the week of the state finals.
