OnFocus – The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Dense Fog Advisory in effect from 8pm this evening to 9am Wednesday, affecting Vilas, Oneida, Lincoln, Marathon, Wood and Portage Counties.
Visibility is expected to be one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Temperatures below freezing will also lead to freezing fog. This will result in hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and freezing fog. Untreated surfaces may become slippery.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
