The end of winter means construction season is underway. In this episode, Police Chief Rick Gramza talks staying safe by slowing down, being aware of sign changes, and staying off the phone.
In construction zones, using your cell phone is also a state violation.
“If someone is on their phones and we witness that, or a construction worker reports that person in to us, we could write a citation based on their information or on our observations,” he said.
