Marshfield, WI (OnFocus) A U-60 Black Hawk Helicopter touched down with the final notes of the National Anthem before the Chaparrals game against the Waupaca Lakeman on Wednesday.

The Marshfield American Legion Post 54 Color Guard stood on Jack Hackman field as the helicopter circled and landed at nearby Reeths Field. Event organizer Dan Rogers, Air Force veteran and member of the local Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 57, enlisted his brother Tom Rogers, a 32-year veteran of the Army National Guard, to bring the helicopter for the third time to Marshfield.

A military Humvee vehicle, the Marshfield Police Department rescue vehicle, and the local DAV, who handed out balloons, were also present.

The Chaparrals won 8-3 against the Lakemen.
