With more than 8.58M subscribers, there’s a reason this is one of the more popular accounts. It’s one of the best YouTube Workout Channels for beginners and for established fitness gurus. We’d be remiss if we didn’t include Adriene Mishler on our list of best YouTube workout channels. Her mission is to connect as many people as possible through high-quality free yoga videos. Joined by her faithful dog Benji, Adriene has videos for all levels. Her “Yoga For Beginners” and “Foundations of Yoga” series are great places to start for beginners. They are designed to provide the tools to build a happy, healthy at-home yoga practice. Mikala is a fitness instructor, personal trainer, dancer and aerialist born and raised in Toronto Canada. She has a passion for health and fitness that led her to a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, and over a decade of teaching in the fitness industry.

She’s taught Barre Fitness, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Aquafit, dance and gymnastics, and has years of expertise with one-on-one personal training and fitness coaching. She brings all of these skills to her well-rounded YouTube fitness channel. Her aim to help others achieve their goals and feel their best shines through in every video – whether it’s for beginners or those looking for something a bit more challenging. Plus, some of her video take place on the beach!

Growing Annannas
