Aspirus COVID-19 Call Center Experiencing High Call Volumes

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Aspirus Health is receiving high call volumes to its COVID-19 Call Center and callers are experiencing longer wait times.

Community members are reminded that appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations and testing can be scheduled online via the MyAspirus patient portal.

Go online to or download the mobile app to access scheduling options. The portal also offers the fastest way to get your COVID-19 test results.

You do not need to be an existing Aspirus patient and signing up for an account is easy if you don’t already have one.

Aspirus thanked callers for their understanding and patience as the health care system strives to serve every caller as quickly as possible.
