Key returners:

Payton Jastromski – Libero – Her focus on the sport and her position have been outstanding!  She practices so hard and takes every opportunity she can to play the sport and get better.

Sara Breed – her hitting on Right Side has really improved!  She again is another player that took every opportunity this off season to make sure she was touching a volleyball!

Key newcomers: 

Amara Beaudoin – She moved up to Varsity last year and seen the floor a little but this year she will see a lot of the floor as one of my middles!  This sophomore will be something to watch!  She is thrived in playing club volleyball and has one several awards!

Conference outlook 

I think this is the team that will make it far this year!  I really think we have a excellent chance of winning conference!  This teams attitude is amazing!  They are in it to win it!  So many of them have showed up to open gyms and have stayed after practices to get better.  You can tell that they want to get better and be the best!  Im very excited for this season!

Keys to your success this season:

Attitude is number 1!  We all know the dynamics of a female athlete and how easy they can breakdown if they don’t have the support of their team.  This team has the right mind set, they are always there for each other and constantly uplifting and encouraging their teammates.  You can tell they want to succeed as a team not an individual!

Behind the scenes: Who are some of the people that help your program succeed?

Parents for sure!  They are the runners!  For those who cant drive they are running them to and from open gyms, camps and summer league just so their girls can get more touches!  Encouraging their girls that they can do it!  We wouldn’t have had so many girls come out for the sport if they didn’t run them around and let the girls enjoy the sport and stay interested!

Coach’s comments: anything else you’d like to share?

Again Im very excited about this year.  The girls are talented but also have the right mind set!  Which really can take a team a long way!
