8 Different Apaches got on the score sheet as they downed the Pittsville Panthers 73-35.
Auburndale was led by Georgie Schmutzer with 17, Natalie Aue and Lauren Peplinksi each added 14. Auburndale got a lot of bench production along with Peplinski’s 14, Annamarie Aue and Kaitlyn Kundinger both adding 8, Paityn Hamus adding 4, and Vanessa Mitchell adding 2 from the bench.
Pittsville was led by Madalyn Carpenter with 12, Julia Redmond added 8.
Auburndale moves to 13-4 overall and currently sits second in the Marawood South. Pittsville falls to 6-13.
Auburndale next plays at Almond-Bancroft on Thursday. Auburndale next hosts Prentice as part of a Boys and Girls Basketball Doubleheader on Friday.
