SPENCER, WI (OnFocus) Spencer FFA made its traditional 50-foot banana split in honor of National FFA Week, occurring Feb 16-23.
The confection is made with ice cream, bananas, whipped cream, chocolate and strawberry syrup, and maraschino cherries. High schoolers had first taste on Friday with the middle schoolers getting their own split the following week.
Though the split takes about half an hour to assemble, it takes far shorter a time to eat.
