The School District of Marshfield Announces Make-up Plan UPDATE
The Marshfield School District tonight announced an update to their original make-up plan for 2018-2019.
The announcement explained that as a result of the additional school closure that occurred on Monday, February 25th, beginning Monday, April 15 and continuing through Friday, June 7, the end of the school day will be extended by 10 minutes in all schools.
Plans are listed reverse chronological order:
- Friday, June 7th will be a full-day with students and the last day of school for 2018-2019
- Thursday, June 6th will be a full-day with students
- Both early dismissal days in April will be changed to full days with students (April 5th and 19th)
- Lunch periods at the high school will be shortened by 5 minutes per day starting on February 25th
Should the School District need to close again, they will need to make additional adjustments, including make-up time during the week of June 10.
