Week 4 High School Football Scoreboard

Team of the Week Nominees

• Newman Catholic Football – The Cardinals improved to 4-0 with a 62-0 win over Tri-County. Newman has outscored its opponents 151-34 this season.

• DC Everest Football – Everest improved to 4-0 with a 10-0 win over Marshfield. The Evergreens have outscored their opponents 94-14 this season, and will be tough for any team to touch.

• Amherst Football – The #2 ranked Falcons defeated #3 Stratford, 28-13, in a game that arguably wasn’t as close as the score sounds. The 4-0 Falcons host 2-1 Shiocton, a 26-22 winner over Spencer/Columbus on Friday, in Week 5.

• Stratford Volleyball – The Tigers continue to dominate the Marawood, with wins this week over Auburndale and Rib Lake. In the process, Stratford earned another Marawood Conference title. Stratford has won or shared the conference title the last four years and hasn’t lost a conference match since 2017.
• Colby Cross Country – The Colby girls came away with another Cloverbelt Conference title, claiming 3 top finishes from Willow Oehmichen(4th), Daisy Feiten(6th) and Trinity Severson(9th). Chase Oehmichen also finished 2nd overall in the Boys Meet.
